Rev. Horace Sheffield, III is a longtime social activist, pastor, and media personality. He is an on-air radio personality for 92.7 FM/WLQV, as the host of The Wake-Up Call and an on-air television personality for WADL, as the host of Real Talk. Sheffield is also the pastor of New Destiny Christian Fellowship and CEO of the Detroit Association of Black Organizations, both in Detroit.
Rev. Sheffield joined the fight against COVID-19 early on, launching the first neighborhood COVID testing site in Detroit. Since, he’s expanded to providing vaccinations.
